How Psst works
Most companies post jobs on their own careers page first. Many of those jobs never reach the big job sites, or arrive late and buried under paid ads. We go to the source.
1
We read company career pages
Every morning we check the job boards that thousands of companies run on their own websites: thousands of companies had remote jobs today.
2
We keep only real remote jobs
We drop office and hybrid jobs, merge the same job posted in many cities into one, and remove surveys, commission-only and "make money from home" ads.
3
We sort them for you
Beginner-friendly jobs come first. Every job shows where you can live, how long it's been open, the pay when listed and the experience asked.
What every job shows
- Where you can live. "Remote" often means "remote, but only in the US". We show it before you click.
- How long it's been open. A job open for 8 months is less likely to be read than one posted this morning.
- Experience asked. No experience, beginner-friendly, some experience or senior, read from the job ad itself.
- Pay, when the company lists it.
- A direct link to the company's own application page. We never take your application or your CV.
What we don't do
- We don't sell job ads. Companies can't pay to appear higher.
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't promise you a job.
What membership unlocks
Anyone can search the jobs and see everything except the company and the apply link. Membership unlocks every company name and apply link.
