Terms of service

These terms apply when you use psstjobs.com ("Psst", "we", "us") or buy a Psst membership. By using the site or buying a plan you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Psst.

Who runs Psst: the operator's legal name and address will be published here before paid membership opens. Until then you can reach us through the contact page.

1. What Psst is

Psst lists remote job openings collected from public company career pages. We sort and describe them (for example, where you can live and how much experience is asked) to help you decide where to apply. You apply directly on the company's own site.

We are not an employer, recruiter or employment agency. We don't represent or vouch for the companies listed, and we can't guarantee that a job is still open, that its details are complete, or that you'll be hired. Our labels (such as experience level or location) are our best reading of the job ad; always check the company's own posting before applying.

2. Free use

Without paying you can search jobs (company names and apply links hidden) and read our reports.

3. Membership and billing

• Membership gives you access to every company name and apply link, plus member features described on the pricing page, for the period you pay for.
• Weekly, monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We charge the payment method you gave us at the start of each period.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

4. No refunds

All payments are final. We don't give refunds or credits for any plan, including partial periods, unused time, or when you find a job while your plan is active, because you've received the service you paid for. You can search the jobs before buying, and the week pass lets you try membership for a short time. Full details are in our refund policy.

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK: membership is digital content and a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. When you buy, you ask us to give you access immediately and you confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has started. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

5. Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your login private and don't share access. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.

6. Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell, republish or scrape the listings or our reports in bulk, don't try to get around the membership, and don't use Psst in a way that harms the service or other people. You may quote numbers from our reports with a link to the page. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

7. Resume builder

The resume builder is included with membership and runs in your browser. What you type stays on your device; you're responsible for what you put in your resume.

8. Liability

Psst is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on a listing, for the actions of employers, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell members by email before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
